UPDATE. Due to a scheduling conflict, Ms. Cofield has to postpone the sharing of her faith journey story. In lieu of a speaker, we are asking each of the Council members to bring a prayer from their respective faiths to share with the group for Tuesday’s program. Please feel free to join us for this interfaith prayer gathering.

The next meeting of the Frankfort Interfaith Council is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 19th.
At 7 PM, immediately following our business meeting, we will host our speaker, Frankfort Interfaith Council member, Kemba Cofield, who will be sharing her faith journey as a member of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church.
We will meet in the library of Church of the Ascension, the downtown Episcopal Church, 311 Washington Street. (Facing the church from Washington Street, the door will be to the right of the main entrance, setting farther back from the street.) Many thanks to the Church of the Ascension for agreeing to serve as our new meeting host site.
The Council is committed to following CDC guidelines. Recently, the Franklin County COVID Community level has been raised to Medium. In keeping with the current CDC guidance, masks will not be required. Nonetheless, given the increased risk, the Council strongly encourages masks at this time.
